Council Minutes of 6/16/92 LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) Or ce No. - 0 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Chapter 947 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "'Park and Recreation Areas" by adding to Section 947.01 entitled "Rules and. Regulations" a new subsection Q entitled "Travelling Public Shows and Carnivals." Ordinance No. 92-71 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of a stop sign on Martin Drive where the same intersects with North Park Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering North Park Drive, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-72 was introduced atxl placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An ordinance adopting a new Chapter 908 of the Codified Ordinances entitled, "Mailboxes within Public Streets", arxi declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-73 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance amending Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to establish revised user charges to be levied axxi as~sseci upon each lot, parcel of land, building or premises having any sewer connection with the municipal sanitary sewerage system providing amounts to be charged for industrial waste surcharges pursuant to Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances and industrial pretreatment program fees pursuant to Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances, repealing Ordinance No. 85-6 and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-74 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of No Parking signs on the south side of Clifford Drive beginning at Clague Road and continuing to the Fairview Park city line and declaring an emergency. Miscellaneous Business Mr. McKay schedule a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22. Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance C~nittee meeting for 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 24. Mr. Musial and Mr. Lire scheduled a joint Recreation/Finance Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14.
