Resolution No. 92-67 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for stormwater drainage improvements on ar~d near South Barton Road in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for leasing of an improved software package for the telephone system for City Hall in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-69 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance amending Chapter 739 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Gasoline Service Stations" by adding thereto a new Section 739.04 entitled "Full Service Facility Required." Ordinance No. 92-70 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance amending Chapter 947 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Park and Recreation Areas" by adding to Section 947.01 entitled "Rules and. Regulations" a new subsection Q entitled "Travelling Public Shows and Carnivals." Ordinance No. 92--71 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the city of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of a stop sign on Martin Drive where the same intersects with North Park Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering North Park Drive, and declaring an urgency. Miscellaneous Business Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Conanittee meeting for 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 10. Mr. Nashar scheduled a Streets and Drainage Committee meeting for 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 10 and requested Service Director Bohlmarm attend. Mr. McKay scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 10. v 5
