An ordinance creating new and revised <br />Chapter 1361 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North ALm3ted entitled <br />"Flood Damage Prevention" and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-61 was introduced bmd placed aai first reeding by Mayor Boyle. A <br />resolution establishing August 1 to August 31, 1992 as the Home Improvement Month <br />in North Olmsted and ratifying the Administration's decision to mauve building <br />permit fees for residential property improvements August 1 to August 31, 1992, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Miscellaxyeous Business <br />Presi t r assigned Ordinances 92-54 and 92-61 to the Finance Committee, <br />Ordinance 92-58 to the BZD Committee, Ordinance 92-59 to the Safety Committee, <br />and Ordinance 92-60 to the Environmental Committee. <br />Mr. McKay moved to change the next Council meeting from Tuesday, Jvrie 2, to <br />Wednesday, June 3, because of the Primary Election; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed unanimously. The next Council meeting will be Wednesday, June 3, 1992. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Safety Committee meeting for Tuesday, May 26, at 7:30 p.m. <br />and requested that Safety Director Gundy attend. Mr. McKay also scheduled an <br />Environmental Committee meeting for 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26 and. asked that <br />Service Director Bohlmar~ri attend. <br />Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, and <br />requested that Finance Director Burns and Service Director Bohlmarm attend. <br />Mr. McKay moved to adjourn into executive session to discuss the Cater case and <br />the purchase of land for a fire station; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed. <br />unanimously.
