A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Bo Gro System, <br />Inc. to provide services including the removal and disposal of lime-stabilized <br />liquid sludge cake from the Wastewater Treatment Plant anti declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-46 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the issuance anti sale. of $1,990,000 of City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio Ir~.ustrial Development Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 1992 (I~a].th <br />Cleveland .Enterprises, Inc. project) for the purpose of assisting H+~al.th <br />Clevelarxl F~nterprises, Inc., an Ohio corporation in refunding the $2,500,000 City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio Ind trial Development First Mortgage Rem rtes <br />(Fairview Enterprises, Inc. project), and authorizing the execution anti delivery <br />of a loan agreement, and of a trust i,.rde~ture securing the payment of such bo~xis, <br />and related matters, and declaring an emergency, as amended,. Mr. ~'.;~ moved far <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Sari.nger; motion <br />passed unanimously. Mr. Land moved f©r aclcxptc~n; secc~i by Mrs. Beringer; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-4b adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-47 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Finance Director to execute a $272,250 <br />promissory note payable to the Ohio Public Works Commission for the purpose of <br />improving Silverdale Road, Selhurst Road atxl Duane Road. <br />Ordinance No. 92-52 introduced by Mayor Bole was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing a residential property reduced interest rate loan program <br />for residential real property improvements in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Lind mr~ved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mars. Beringer; motion passed unani~xasly. Mr. <br />Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 92-52 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-53 was introduced. and placed on first reading by Mrs. Babas on <br />behalf of the Mayor and entire Council. A resolution recognizing May 19, 1992 as <br />Cuyahoga County Senior Citizens Day. Mrs. Babas moved for suspension of the <br />rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. Leonard; <br />motion passed unanimously. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; <br />motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-53 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-54 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1992. <br />Ordinance No. 92-58 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Sari.nger. <br />An ordinance amending Section 1135.02 (H) of the City of North Olmsted Zoning <br />Code, entitled "Recreational Vehicle". Mrs. Beringer asked that Ordinance 92-58 <br />be forwarded to the Planning Commission. <br />Ordinance No. 92-59 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance adding the position of correction officer to the orgaruzationeil. chart <br />and composition of the non-uniform, part-time persormel of the Police Department, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />7 <br /> <br />
