Mr. Lin~ii.moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Saririger; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-48 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 92-30 providing far the i.$suance and sale of $2,000,000 rues, in anticipation of the issuance of bnr~cis, for the purpose of improving the municipal sanitary sewer system by rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and. sanitary sewer connections, together with the necessary appur- tenances, aril work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and conittee review; secorxl by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. A resolution opposing a proposal by the Regional Transit Authority to eli,mi,nate certain NOMBL-operated bus service routes through North Olmstuci acid surrounding suburban ccxttmuiities, aril declaring an emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. A resolution recognizing May 7, 1992 as a National Day of Prayer. An ordinance establishing a residential property reduced interest rate loan program for residential real property improvements in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Miscellaneous Business Mr. McKay soh ' a Safety Gommittee meetingfor Tuesday, May 12, at 7:30 p.m. Safety Director Gundy will be asked to attend.
