Council Minutes of 5/5/92 <br /> <br />LEGISLATI~T (continued) <br />Reso ution No. 2- introduced by Mr. Lind. was given its third reading. A resolu- <br />tion authorizing the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services to seek <br />proposals for hospitalization, medical-surgical insurance coverage arx ber~fits far <br />employees of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind nyoveci <br />for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-36 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-37 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Browning-Ferris <br />Industries of Ohio, Inc. for i~lementation of a recycling program and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay mnved for adoption; secor~. by Mrs. Babas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 92-37 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-38 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 1701.13 of the. Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-39 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its secor~l. yearling. An <br />emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />hereinafter referred to as the MiJNICIPALITY, in the matter of the hereinafter <br />described improvement atxl requests the cooperation of the County of Cuyahoga by its <br />Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the COLTNT'Y. <br />Ordinance No. 92-44 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Law of the City of North <br />Olmsted to prepare aryl file with the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, a revised and modified judgment entry in the case of Developers Diversified, <br />et. al., vs. the City of North Olmsted, et. al., case number 127076, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-45 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Bio Gro Systems, <br />Inc. to provide services including the removal and disposal of lime-stabilized <br />liquid sludge and sludge cake fran the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an <br />urgency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-46 was introduced aril placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance authorizing the issuance aryd sale of $1,990,000 of City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio Industrial Development Refunding Revenue Bands, Series 1992 (Health Cleveland <br />Enterprises, Inc. project) for the purpose of assisting Health Cleveland Enter- <br />prises, Inc., an Ohio corporation. in refunding the $2,500,000 City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio Industrial Development First Mortgage Revenue Note (Fai.r~iew Enter- <br />prises, Inc. project), and authorizing the execution and delivery of a loan <br />agreement, and of a trust indenture securing the payment of such bonds, ark. related <br />matters, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-47 was introduced and. placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor aril Finance Director to execute a $272,250 <br />promissory note payable to the Ohio Public Works Commission for the purpose of <br />improving Silverdale Road, Selhurst Road, and Duane Road. <br />8 <br />
