An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $2,300,000 notes, in anticipa- tion of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's street system by grading, draining, curbing, recanstructing the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface anti paving, by constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water maims, by reconstructing curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons, by acquiring and installing signals, signs and oilier equipment and. devices to direct aril control traffic and by installing rgroand wires arxi cables for street lighting, all where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings atxi committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motic~ passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-34 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-35 was introduced and placed ors first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing aryl directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. to provide engineering services for a stormwater NPDES permit application for the Wastewater Treatm~t Plant, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay assigned Ordinance 92-35 to the Ea~vironmental Control Committee. Resolution No. 92-36 was introduced aavd placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Persormel and Administrative Services to seek proposals for hospitalization, medical-surgical insurance coverage and benefits for employees of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an urgency. Mr. 1~cKay assigned Resolution No. 92-36 to the Public Safety, health at>d Welfare Committee. Control Committee. Resolution No. 92-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a. contract with Browning Ferris Industries of Ohio, Inc. for implementation of a recycling program and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay assigned Resolution No. 92-37 to the Ernriro~nental Miscellaneous Business Mr. Lin sche e a finance Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 13. Finance Director Burns, Mayor Boyle, and Service Director Bohlmiaim are asked to attend. Mr. McKay scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14; Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting on Tuesday, April 14, at 7:50 p.m. Persormel and Administrative Director Wilamosky is asked to attend the Safety Committee meeting, and Service Director Bohlmarm is asked to attend the Environmental Control Committee meeting.
