An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $2,300,000 notes, in anticipa- <br />tion of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated <br />streets in the city's street system by grading, draining, curbing, recanstructing <br />the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface anti paving, by constructing, <br />reconstructing and rehabilitating storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water maims, <br />by reconstructing curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons, by acquiring and <br />installing signals, signs and oilier equipment and. devices to direct aril control <br />traffic and by installing rgroand wires arxi cables for street lighting, all <br />where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings atxi committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motic~ passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-34 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-35 was introduced and placed ors first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing aryl directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to <br />enter into an agreement with Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. to provide engineering services <br />for a stormwater NPDES permit application for the Wastewater Treatm~t Plant, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay assigned Ordinance 92-35 to the Ea~vironmental <br />Control Committee. <br />Resolution No. 92-36 was introduced aavd placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Persormel and Administrative Services to <br />seek proposals for hospitalization, medical-surgical insurance coverage and <br />benefits for employees of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an urgency. <br />Mr. 1~cKay assigned Resolution No. 92-36 to the Public Safety, health at>d Welfare <br />Committee. <br />Control Committee. <br />Resolution No. 92-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a. contract with Browning Ferris <br />Industries of Ohio, Inc. for implementation of a recycling program and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. McKay assigned Resolution No. 92-37 to the Ernriro~nental <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. Lin sche e a finance Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 13. <br />Finance Director Burns, Mayor Boyle, and Service Director Bohlmiaim are asked to <br />attend. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, April 14; Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting on Tuesday, <br />April 14, at 7:50 p.m. Persormel and Administrative Director Wilamosky is asked <br />to attend the Safety Committee meeting, and Service Director Bohlmarm is asked to <br />attend the Environmental Control Committee meeting. <br /> <br />
