"" <br />` The questions we ultimately have will depend on how thoroughly the <br />previous concerns are addressed; however, as examples of questions <br />relevant to these concerns, we ask you to address the following <br />CROCRER-STEA.RNS EXTENSION PROJECT QUESTIONS <br />1. The Federal standards for wetlands are being publicly reviewed <br />again at this time. When will the new standards be completed <br />and how will this effect the timing of the extension project? <br />2. What is the definition of "Limited Access Highway" regarding <br />number of lanes, speed limit, easement, traffic lights and so <br />forth, and are there any traffic restrictions? <br />3. Limited Access implies :ome access is allowable. Are any <br />intersecting roads being grojected, contemplated, or planned? <br />4. What are the zoning regulations that apply to the land to the <br />East adjoining the highway? <br />5. Will there be any arse is {for example, sewer assessments) <br />for homes adjoining the highway? <br />6.• What impact will the highway have on drainage or flooding of <br />homes adjoining the highway? <br />7. What Government regulations are there pertaining to distance, <br />noise, and so forth, to adjoining properties? <br />8. What studies {hazard, anvirc-nntal, and so forth) have been <br />or will be conducted, and wi13 the public be allowed to review <br />the studies prior to the final project plan? <br />9. How and when .will you be responding to these concerns and <br />questions? <br />2.
