POLLUTION PROTECTION DURING CONSTRUCTION <br />The Association requests and recommends that all federal and <br />state environmental regulations, especially dust and noise <br />control,. be rigidly enforced during construction. <br />13. STREET LIGHTS <br />The Association requests and recommends that no street lights <br />be installed on the Road. Overhead illumination would be in <br />close proximity to homes and are undesirable. <br />14.
