BLASTING PROTECTION DURING CONSTRUCTION It is the Association's understanding that the project contractor(s) are responsible for any hams or property damage that results from blasting that may be necessary during construction. The Association requests and recommends that the contractor(s) provide written notice to~the Association's homeowners well in advance of any blasting to advise of special precautions and procedures to i nsure the safety and wei fare of al i the residents. 10. LAND-LOCKED PROPERTY Mr. Bohiman has informed the Association that any property adjacent to the Crocker/Stearns Road project designated as land-locked will not be suitable for commercial or residential development. The Association was also informed that the landlocked areas may be available to existing property owners whose present property borders such an area. in this regard, the City of North Olmsted, at its option, may convey the landlocked property to the respective property owners. The Association requests that the City of North Olmsted advise the Association and/or respective property owners in advance of its intent to convey or otherwise dispose of the landlocked property. The Association further requests that any conveyance of land- locked property contain a restriction mandating the land be kept in a natural state. 11. TEMPORARY EASEMENTS/RIGHT-O~-WAY The Association requests and recommends that the contractor(s) make every effort to minimize property damage, by locating construction sites and equipment in such a manner that little damage is done to the surrounding areas. v
