., <br />-4- <br />9. BLASTING PROTECTION DURING CONSTRUCTION <br />It is the Association's understanding that the project <br />contractor(s) are responsible for any hams or property damage <br />that results from blasting that may be necessary during <br />construction. <br />The Association requests and recommends that the contractor(s) <br />provide written notice to~the Association's homeowners well in <br />advance of any blasting to advise of special precautions and <br />procedures to i nsure the safety and wei fare of al i the <br />residents. <br />10. LAND-LOCKED PROPERTY <br />Mr. Bohiman has informed the Association that any property <br />adjacent to the Crocker/Stearns Road project designated as <br />land-locked will not be suitable for commercial or residential <br />development. <br />The Association was also informed that the landlocked areas <br />may be available to existing property owners whose present <br />property borders such an area. in this regard, the City of <br />North Olmsted, at its option, may convey the landlocked <br />property to the respective property owners. <br />The Association requests that the City of North Olmsted advise <br />the Association and/or respective property owners in advance <br />of its intent to convey or otherwise dispose of the landlocked <br />property. <br />The Association further requests that any conveyance of land- <br />locked property contain a restriction mandating the land be <br />kept in a natural state. <br />11. TEMPORARY EASEMENTS/RIGHT-O~-WAY <br />The Association requests and recommends that the contractor(s) <br />make every effort to minimize property damage, by locating <br />construction sites and equipment in such a manner that little <br />damage is done to the surrounding areas. <br />v <br /> <br />
