R <br />~ r <br />-3- <br />5. FOREST SCHOOL <br />It is the Association understanding that there will not be an <br />entrance to Forest School from the proposed Crocker/Steams <br />Road project. <br />It is requested and recommended that the Road immediately <br />adjacent to Forest School be designated a School Zone with <br />appropriate warnings posted and speeds maintained in <br />accordance with State law. <br />6. LORAIN ROAD TRAFFIC LIGHTIEXIT ONTO LORAIN ROAD <br />The Association requests and recommends that the traffic light <br />on Lorain and Stearns Road be placed and/or timed in such a <br />manner to facilitate egress from the Pheasant Run development <br />onto Lorain Road headed East. <br />In addition, Lorain Road traffic headed East near the <br />intersection of Lorain and Stearns Road, must be stopped West <br />of the entrance to the Pheasant Run development to allow <br />egress from the development onto Lorain Road. <br />7. UNDERGROUND UTILITY WIRING <br />It is the request and recommendation of the Association that <br />any immediate or future power, telephone, signalling, <br />television or other utility wiring, be installed underground <br />and that no overhead or visible wiring be used. <br />It is the Associations understanding that the Federal <br />Governme»t mandates that the utility companies, in particular <br />CEI, spend a certain amount of money on underground wiring. <br />Such mandates must be monitored and enforced. <br />8. WETLANDS <br />The Association requests public notice of any and all permit <br />applications , studies and/or findings that may resu 1 t from the <br />proposed construction of the Road. <br /> <br />
