An ordinance authorizing anti directing Dvn Copeland to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Comity Development Block Grant Funds for the fiscal year 1992 arxi 1993 (18th and 19th years), and declaring an emergency. An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 91-2 entitled "An ordinance vacating a portion of a drainage ease rent located on properties now owned by Thomas A. & Ruth E. Sloggett, Eric N. and Jnati A. Rei.ke, and R.A.G. Custom Homes, Inc. and further accepting a drainage ea t, as delineated and noted in the Sloggett and Reike Resubdivision" and declaring an emergency. An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land. owned by the Butternut Ridge/Summit Limited Partnership and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-11 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-12 was introduced and. placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance arx3. sale of $4,700,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the City's street system by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, wici~ning, preparing the surface and paving, by reconstructing and rehabilitating storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water mains, by constructing and reconstru~eting curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons, arud by installing underground and above-ground wires and cables for street lighting, all where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind stated that the signed. fiscal officer's certificate was attached to the ordinance.
