Sloggett, Eric N. and Jnati A. Rei.ke, and R.A.G. Custom Homes, Inc. and <br />further accepting a drainage ea t, as delineated and noted in the Sloggett <br />and Reike Resubdivision" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-10 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-11 was introduced awl placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. <br />An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a <br />water line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to <br />land. owned by the Butternut Ridge/Summit Limited Partnership and declaring an <br />emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Mrs. Beringer moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-11 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-12 was introduced and. placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance arx3. sale of $4,700,000 notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain <br />designated streets in the City's street system by grading, draining, curbing, <br />reconstructing the pavement base, wici~ning, preparing the surface and paving, by <br />reconstructing and rehabilitating storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water mains, <br />by constructing and reconstru~eting curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons, arud by <br />installing underground and above-ground wires and cables for street lighting, all <br />where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto.
