Council will be kept <br />informed of further developments. <br />Mrs. Babas, Council's representative to the Recreation Commission, reported: <br />1) The commission met on January 22, acid the ager~la dealt mostly with budgetary <br />items. As reported by Mr. Mural, the commission was approached by two <br />organizations concerning using North Olmsted Park for a fund-raising activity. <br />The two organizations will return to the February 15 meeting with amore detailed <br />proposal. <br />No Audience Participation <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 91-174 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication the Bradley Oak Estates subdivision which <br />includes Oakwood Circle in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Nashar moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-174 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-1 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, <br />by changing the premises hereinafter described. from Single Residence A District <br />to Single Family Cluster District. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second. by <br />Mrs. Babas; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-1 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-3 introduced by Mr. Lind on behalf of Mayor .Boyle was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance to amend Sections 911.07 and 911.13 of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 92-4 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted by adding thereto <br />a new and revised Section 1161.12 of Chapter 1161 entitled Off Street Parking and <br />Loading. <br />Ordinance No. 92-5 introduced by Mr. Lind on behalf of Mayor Boyle was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance 92-50 entitled "An <br />ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and <br />legislative persormel and declaring an emergency as amended" and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-6 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. A <br />resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit applications for financial assistance <br />for certain municipal improvements, and declaring an urgency. Mr. Nashar moved <br />for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Babas; <br />passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; passed <br />t~n~nimously. Resolution No. 92-6 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-7 was introduced and placed an first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />50,000 gallons of sodium aluminate for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treat- <br />ment Facilities Plant, and declaring an emergency. <br />4 <br />
