Council Minutes of 2/3/92 <br />c. Cablevision, 25000 Lorain Road, proposal to install a 10 by 20 foot service <br />building on the northeast corner of the Recreation Center building. Mr. Kraly, <br />architect, and Mr. Demaris and Mr. Wells from Cablevision presented the plan. <br />This is a pre-fab building unit surrounded by a fence and includes a landscaping <br />plan. The Safety Department haci no objections to the plans. Mr. Nashar moved to <br />approve with the condition that the laxidscaging plans be su~tted and that this <br />is a conditional use permit; second by Mr. Lind; passed unan»ously. <br />d. The water main easement for Butternut Ridge Apartments was discussed. The <br />committee had no objection, and this will be approved as Ordinance 92-11. <br />Mr. McKay, Chairperson of the Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee <br />reported: 1) TWO liquor .permits ate to be approved: <br />a. A transfer permit from Electric Theatre Restaurant Corporation, formerly <br />Chuck E. Cheese Pizza Time Theatre, 23333 Lorain Road, to Marc's Funtime Pizza <br />Palace. This permit is a D2 and D2X for wine and beer on the premises and to <br />carry out. Mr. McKay moved to approve the transfer; second by Mrs. Babas; passed <br />unanimously. <br />b. Anew application for beer and wine carry out for Marc's, Great Northern <br />Shopping Center, 26393 Brookpark Road. This is a C1 and C2 permit. Mr. McKay <br />moved to approve the liquor permit; second by Mr. Lind; passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Lind, Chairperson of the Finance Committee reported: 1) The Fi.nanee <br />Committee met on January 29. In attendance were committee m~nbers Saringer and <br />Lind; Council Members McKay, Musial, Nashar; Mayor Boyle; Service Director <br />Bohlmarm; Finance Director Burns; Persormel and Administrative Director <br />Wilamosky. Agenda items were as follows: <br />a. Ordinance 92-3 which concerns sewer and connection permits. The ccxnmittee <br />recommends approval of this ordinance as amended. <br />b. Ordinance 92-5 which establishes a full-time position for the Prosecutor. <br />The coanmi.ttee recommends approval; however, there will be further discussion on <br />the ordinance before passage by Council. <br />c. Ordinance 92-6 which authorizes the application for Issue 2 loans. The <br />committee recommends passage, and this ordinance will be passed under suspension <br />of the rules . <br />d. Ordinance 92-8 which is the rollover of $1.2 million in notes. The committee <br />recommends passage, and this ordinance will be passed under suspension of the <br />rules. <br />Mrs. Babas, Chairperson of the Intro-Governmental Relations and Legislative <br />Committee reported: 1) Moved that Council reappoint Anthony Sa~eraldi to the <br />Landmarks Commission for the term Jarn~ary 1, 1992 through December 31, 1993; <br />second by Mr. Musial; passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Musial, Chairperson of the Recreation Committee, reported: 1) Two conmunity <br />organizations have made a request to the Recreation Commission for use of North <br />Olmsted Park as a site for a carnival.
