Council Minutes of 1/21/92 LEGISLATION Re~ution No. 91-187 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. A resolution requesting the Ohio Department of Transportation to improve Lorain Road, State Route 10, from the west corporation line to the east corporation lire by resurfacing and curb repair aid declaring an emergeency• Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously.
