Council Minutes of 1/7/92 <br />Audience Partici tion (continued) <br />Pat Dorony, 1 Lu a Avenue, was also concerned about the work. She wanted <br />to report that the residents of Lucydale did attempt to call City Hall about <br />their concerns. <br />Service Director Bohlmaxm stated the only message he received from a resident on <br />Lucydale concerned a credit for a culvert pipe that had been installed. He will <br />investigate whether the Service Department had received other calls from <br />Lucydale residents. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Resolution No. 91-187 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A <br />resolution requesting the Ohio Department of Transportation to improve Lorain <br />Road, State Route 10, from the west corporation line to the east corporation <br />line by resurfacing and curb repair and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-188 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading, A <br />resolution requesting the Ohio Department of Transportation to improve Brookpark <br />Road, State Route 17, from the intersection of Lorain Road to the east <br />corporation line by resurfacing and curb repair and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-191 introduced by Mr. Leonard on behalf of the Mayor and <br />entire Council was given its second reading. A resolution supporting the Crime <br />Bill. <br />Ordinance No. 92-1 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. <br />An ordinance providing for the amendment of the lone Map of the City of North <br />Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, <br />by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence A District <br />to Single Family Cluster District. <br />Ordinance No. 92-2 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. <br />An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses a~ other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending Dec+~nber 31, 1991. <br />Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings az~l <br />committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Mrs. Beringer moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously.
