She wanted to report that the residents of Lucydale did attempt to call City Hall about their concerns. Service Director Bohlmaxm stated the only message he received from a resident on Lucydale concerned a credit for a culvert pipe that had been installed. He will investigate whether the Service Department had received other calls from Lucydale residents. LEGISLATION Resolution No. 91-187 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A resolution requesting the Ohio Department of Transportation to improve Lorain Road, State Route 10, from the west corporation line to the east corporation line by resurfacing and curb repair and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-188 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading, A resolution requesting the Ohio Department of Transportation to improve Brookpark Road, State Route 17, from the intersection of Lorain Road to the east corporation line by resurfacing and curb repair and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-191 introduced by Mr. Leonard on behalf of the Mayor and entire Council was given its second reading. A resolution supporting the Crime Bill. Ordinance No. 92-1 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the lone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence A District to Single Family Cluster District. Ordinance No. 92-2 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses a~ other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending Dec+~nber 31, 1991. Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings az~l committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously.
