Council Minutes of 11-16-2010 <br />certain cellular telecommunication equipment on city owned property, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2010-145 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County <br />Board of Health to provide public health services for the year 2011, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three <br />readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Kearney and passed unanimously. Resolution 2010-145 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2010-146 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative <br />personnel for the year 2011, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2010-148 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2011, all money due and owing said city from any <br />collection source. <br />Resolution 2010-149 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />purchase of 5,000 tons of asphalt materials for various Service Department needs <br />throughout the city as detailed in the specifications on file, further authorizing the Mayor <br />to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder to purchase said materials, after <br />Board of Control approval, and declaring an emergency: Councilman Barker made a <br />motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Resolution <br />2010-149 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2010-150 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2010-151 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance establishing and amending the range of compensation rates and salary ranges <br />for administrative and legislative personnel to provide for part-time/seasonal support <br />personnel in the Office of the Mayor; and otherwise restate the compensation rate ranges <br />and descriptions for various administrative and legislative personnel for the year 2010, <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rule <br />requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br />unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2010-151 adopted. <br />7 <br /> <br />
