Council Minutes of 08-03-2010 <br />the Traffic Code entitled "Prohibited Standing or Parking Places" in order to identify no <br />parking zones on dead end streets and further to authorize the installation and <br />enforcement of uniform "No Parking" signs accordingly, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2010-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Orlowski <br />on behalf of himself and Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control <br />File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for the installation and enforcement of an <br />"Authorized Vehicle Parking Only" sign at the westerly terminus of Kennedy Ridge <br />Road, upon entering from Columbia Road, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2010-99 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Jones. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 533.16 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, <br />entitled "Registered Offenders -Local Regulations," in order to prohibit more than one <br />unrelated registered sex offender from residing within a residential structure, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2010-100 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance amending Section 1119.02 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted <br />to require, as a prerequisite to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, payment of or <br />agreement to make payments on real property taxes. <br />Resolution 2010-101 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a First Amendment to Licensing <br />Agreement with the North Olmsted Community Council, Inc., authorizing placement of <br />"Homecoming" banners on utility poles located in the city right-of--way at the intersection <br />of Clague and Lorain Roads and the intersection of Stearns and Lorain Roads, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rule <br />requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Resolution 2010-101 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution 2010-102 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into the First Amendment to an Option and <br />Site Lease Agreement with new Cingular Wireless PCS, Inc. for the extension of the <br />cellular tower located at Clague Park, and also consenting to a site lease agreement with <br />Clearwire US, LLC for construction of ten (10) foot extension, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, <br />August 9, 2010 to discuss Ordinance 2010-94, Moody's Report and June Financials.
