,'.~, <br />4,; :. <br />Council Minutes of 07-20-?010 <br />Ordinance 2010-91 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the submission of an amendment to the electors of the City of <br />North Olmsted to Article VII, Section 1 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted to <br />revise and establish qualifications for membership on the Board of Building Code <br />Appeals, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2010-92 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance providing for the submission of an amendment to the electors of the City of <br />North Olmsted to Article VI, Section 3 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted to <br />identify and redefine members of the unclassified service, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2010-93 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Orlowski. <br />A Resolution accepting a donation of no idling signs from the Northeast Ohio Area <br />Coordinating Agency, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Orlowski moved to <br />suspend the rule requiring three readings as the legislation has been heard in committee. <br />This is the City of North Olmsted supporting the endeavors of another government <br />agency. I believe all of Northeast Ohio is under a governmental watch due to the poor <br />quality of air in our region. I believe this is a preliminary step to help alleviate the <br />problem without mandatory mandates. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker <br />and passed unanimously. Councilman Orlowski moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Resolution 2010-93 adopted. <br />Councilman Kearney requested a moment of personal privilege. I would like to say this <br />has been an outstanding summer. So far, the highlight of the summer is having <br />Councilman Mark Mahoney back in our ranks. <br />Councilman Barker said he is glad to have Councilman Mahoney back. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Limpert adjourned the Council mee ' gat 8:15 p.m. <br />-, <br />1 <br />Marie Gallo, Clerk of Council Duane K.
