:~, <br />Council Minutes of 04-06-2010 <br />caucus. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Kearney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2010-43 adopted. <br />Resolution 2010-44 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase computer servers, support hardware, <br />software and a shared storage device through the State Purchase Program; and further <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />April 13, 2010 to discuss Ordinance 2010-38 and Resolution 2010-44. The Finance <br />Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations Committee <br />meeting for 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 to discuss Resolution 2010-42. The <br />Planning Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Jones scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7:25 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />April 13, 2010 to discuss Fish Furniture, Retail Bank and Sprinter Vans. The Planning <br />Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Kearney made a motion to excuse Councilman Brossard. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously.
