• , ., .. Council Minutes of 12-20-2011 Ordinance 2011-140 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2011, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2011-140 adopted. Resolution 2011-141 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract to purchase such supplies. Resolution 2011-142 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase of 5,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs throughout the city as detailed in the specifications on file, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder to purchase said stone, after Board of Control approval, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Brossard made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three reading and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into aone-year renewal of the Equitable Sharing Agreement with the United States Departments of Justice and Treasury to provide for transfer of cash or property seized and forfeited in connection with criminal prosecution, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously.
