Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Resolution 2011-129 adopted. Resolution 2011-130 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Division of Youth and Family Services Administrator to apply for the 2009 Juvenile Accountability Block Grant with the Cuyahoga County Department of Justice Affairs; further authorizing the Mayor, if the application is granted, to enter into an agreement with Cuyahoga County to accept said grant funds, and declaring an emergency. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of Resolution 2011-130 with suspension. Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings.
