`Y Council Minutes of 09-06-2011 awarded and to execute contract documents with OPWC as necessary, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2011-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to purchase one (1) new Ford E-450 Cutaway Mounted Mainline TV Inspection Truck for the Department of Public Service through the State Purchase Program; further authorizing the Mayor to execute necessary contract documents; and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2011-99 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Williamson. A Resolution by the City of North Olmsted joining the national moment of remembrance of the tenth anniversary of the tragedy on September 11, 2011, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss a liquor permit. Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss 2011-94, 2011-95, 2011-96 and 2011-98. The Finance Director, Law Director and Mayor are asked to attend. Councilman Orlowski scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 7:45 p.m. to discuss 2011-97. The Planning/Development Director is asked to attend.
