A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for North Olmsted City Hall Parking Lot Storm Water BMPs Project, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Engineering Department, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance amending Building Code Section 1345.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to incorporate the 2006 International Residential Code standards for residential pools, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2011-56 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 945 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code entitled "Community Cabin/Senior Center" in order to reorganize management thereof and to eliminate reference to Director of Community Life Services; further to amend rules and regulations, including revision of fees and charges, for use of said public facilities. Resolution 2011-57 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor on behalf of the City to apply to the Ohio Attorney General's Office for the 2011-2012 Drug Use Prevention Program Grant for the purpose of partially funding the School Resource Officer; furtherauthorizing the Mayor, if the application is granted, to enter into agreements toaccept said grant funds, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. 14
