Resolution 2011-53 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for North Olmsted City Hall Parking Lot Storm Water BMPs Project, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Engineering Department, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2011-54 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending Building Code Section 1345.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to incorporate the 2006 International Residential Code standards for residential pools, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2011-55 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services to upgrade the Dover and LeBern pump station controls in connection with improvement of wastewater treatment collection systems, as detailed in the specifications on file with the Engineer, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2011-56 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 945 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code entitled "Community Cabin/Senior Center" in order to reorganize management thereof and to eliminate reference to Director of Community Life Services; further to amend rules and regulations, including revision of fees and charges, for use of said public facilities. 10
