Council Minutes of 03-15-2011 <br />conducted that indicated African American potential applicant phone calls were <br />not being returned while white applicant phone calls and inquiries were being <br />returned. The Fair Housing Review Board is planning two workshops in April <br />which is National Fair Housing Month. They are also preparing its second poster <br />contest with the theme "The World Comes Together in North Olmsted". Contest <br />rules and deadlines will be announced next week. The Fair Housing Review <br />Board will also be participating in the North Olmsted Relay for Life. <br />• In property maintenance news, a total of five cases remain pending with warrants <br />issued for two. <br />• Currently the Law Dept. Law Clerk is researching the issue of paying licensing <br />fees for playing a recording artist's music at Springvale, the Recreation Center <br />etc. <br />Director of Finance Copfer: <br />• The 2011 budget is complete and the amendments made during the process are <br />represented in the Ordinance. She thanked Council and the Administration for <br />making the process go smoothly. <br />Council President Limpert, Chairman of the Committee of the Whole: <br />The Committee of the Whole met Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. All members of <br />Council were present. <br />Discussed was the re-organization of Council that took place with the resignation of <br />Nicole Dailey Jones and the appointment of Paul Schumann.
