-: <br />.~ <br />,~, <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />FEBRUARY 15, 2011 <br />Present: President of Council Limpert, Council Members Barker, Brossard, <br />Mahoney, Orlowski, Williamson <br />Also Present: Mayor Kennedy, Director of Law Gareau, Director of Finance Copfer, <br />Clerk of Council Gallo, Director of Human Resources Farver, Director of <br />Planning and Development Wenger, Director of Public Safety and Public <br />Service Ritenauer <br />Absent: Council Member Kearney <br />President Limpert called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 <br />Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />Mayor Kennedy presented Val and Mary Jane Borysiewicz with a Proclamation <br />recognizing them for fifty years of marriage. <br />Councilman Barker made a motion to adjourn into executive session to discuss potential <br />litigation and labor negotiations. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney <br />and passed unanimously. Adjourn into executive session at 8:05 p.m. <br />Meeting reconvened at 8:30 p.m. <br />The minutes of the Council meeting of February 1, 2011 were approved as written. <br />The following legislation will be considered for passage under suspension of the rules: <br />Second Reading -Resolutions 2011-8 and 2011-22. <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Kennedy: <br />• The second annual Mayor's Meet and Greet was held February 10, 2011 at <br />Springvale. About 75 people were in attendance. <br />• The City is meeting with representatives from the Ohio Dept. of Transportation, <br />NOACA, the City Engineer, the County Engineer and a consultant to discuss <br />integration of road safety audit recommendation into the plan of the Columbia <br />Road resurfacing project. ODOT and NOACA will be working with the City to <br />
