~, <br />~.;, <br />Council Minutes of 01-18-2011 <br />Resolution 2011-6 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into aone-year renewal of the Equitable <br />Sharing Agreement with the United States Departments of Justice and Treasury to <br />provide for transfer of cash or property seized and forfeited in connection with criminal <br />prosecution, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to <br />suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman <br />Williamson and passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution 2011-6 adopted. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled an Intra-Governmental Committee meeting for <br />7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 to discuss appointments to Board and <br />Commissions. The Mayor is asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Jones scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />January 25, 2011 to discuss Exit 2 Storage, Ordinances 2011-5, 2010-100, 2010-126 and <br />2010-128. <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee <br />meeting for 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 to discuss Resolution 2011-4.
