Councilman Kearney made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Dennis Lambert, 25057 Carey Lane asked if Mr. Myers is the owner of MB3 or if he is an employee of MB3. Councilmen Kearney and Barker pointed out that this is not the Ordinance Lambert is referring to. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2013-35 adopted 7-0. Resolution 2013-38 introduced by Council President Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution dispensing with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with MB3 Consulting, LLC for the purpose of providing economic development consulting services to the city, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Resolution 2013-38 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2013-39 introduced by Council President Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An Ordinance designating the Charles Alden Seltzer Home, located at 30095 Lorain Road, as an official North Olmsted Landmark pursuant to Code Section 165.05. Ordinance 2013-41 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees", and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2013-42 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending Part Nine, Title One (Streets and Sidewalk Areas) of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the City of North Olmsted so as to add a new Chapter 900 and to amend existing Chapters 901, 903, 905 and 909, for in order to clarify required fees and deposits, and declaring an emergency.
