MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />~~ <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />APRIL 2, 2013 <br />Present: Council President Jones, Council Members Barker, Brossard, Orlowski, <br />Schumann and Williamson <br />Also Present: Assistant Director of Law O'Malley, Clerk of Council Gallo and Director <br />of Planning/Development Wenger <br />Absent: Council Member Kearney <br />Council Member Mahoney <br />Mayor Kennedy <br />Director of Law Gareau <br />Director of Finance Copfer <br />Director of Safety/Service Thomas <br />Director of Human Resources Farver <br />Council President Jones called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, <br />5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />The minutes of the Council meeting of February 19, 2013 were approved as written. <br />The following legislation will be considered for passage under suspension of the rules <br />this evening: Second Reading -Ordinance 2013-34; First Reading -Resolution 2013- <br />36, Ordinance 2013-37 and Resolution 2013-40. <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Kennedy: <br />• No report. <br />Assistant Director of Law O'Malley: <br />• An arbitration has been rescheduled regarding the FOP. The arbitration was <br />supposed to be held March 27, but has been rescheduled for June 4, 2013 at 10:00 <br />a.m. <br />• Regarding property maintenance cases, the city had three convictions and three <br />new cases. <br />Director of Finance Copfer <br />• No report <br /> <br /> <br />
