Council Minutes of 11-07-2012 <br />-, Ordinance 2012-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2012, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2012-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a renewed agreement with Cuyahoga <br />County Juvenile Court for the year 2013 in connection with the Community Diversion <br />Program to address juvenile misdemeanor and status offenders in the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Mahoney made a motion to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and <br />passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-111 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2012-112 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance authorizing declarations of official intent under U.S. Treasury regulations with <br />respect to reimbursements from Note and Bond proceeds of temporary advances made for <br />payments prior to issuance, and related matters; and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and <br />formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2012-112 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2012-113 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy on <br />behalf of himself, Council President Limpert and the entire city Council. An Ordinance <br />to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution 2012-114 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution dispensing with a formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br />a contract with Richard L. Bowen & Associates, Inc. to provide engineering consulting <br />services to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2012-115 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award <br />of a contract to install a new roof on Building 15 at the Waste Water Treatment Plant, as <br />detailed in the specifications on file in the Service Department, and authorizing the <br />Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the <br />lowest and best bidder, and declaring and emergency. Councilman Schumann made a <br />motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings and formal committee review. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Councilman <br />Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and <br />passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-115 adopted. <br />7 <br /> <br />
