Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-95 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $130,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City Hall complex by preparing the surface of and surfacing and resurfacing parking areas and sidewalks, constructing and reconstructing curbs and providing landscaping, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-96 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $125,000 to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring an aerator, mowers, a sprayer and other equipment for use at the city's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom facility, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-97 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $620,000 to provide funds to pay costs of improving Canterbury Road, Columbia Road, East Park Drive, Gessner Road, Josephine Drive and Vita Lane, in cooperation with Cuyahoga County and otherwise, by reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, constructing and reconstructing curbs and curb ramps and adjusting catch basins, manholes and water valve and monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface and resurfacing, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-98 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $520,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the city's Recreation Center, together with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker indicated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-99 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $515,000 to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the city's police station, together with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto.
