Council Minutes of 09-18-12 <br />None of the suggestions were of great concern to the Administration, but they <br />agreed to look at his recommendations in writing. As of yet, no one has received <br />"°'' these recommendations. Councilman Brossard made a motion to hold the <br />legislation in committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Orlowski. <br />The committee voted 2-0 to hold Ordinance 2012-76 in committee. <br />• Discussed next was Ordinance 2012-77 which is an Ordinance amending and re- <br />establishing Chapter 928 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code entitled <br />"Post Construction Storm Management Regulations" in order to implement new <br />standards for storm water collection and management within the City of North <br />Olmsted. There were no issues with this particular measure. Councilman <br />Brossard made a motion to approve the legislation. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Orlowski. The committee voted 2-0 to recommend approval of <br />Ordinance 2012-77. <br />Councilman Mahoney, Vice-Chairman of the Public Safety, Health & Welfare <br />Committee: <br />The Public Safety Committee met Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 6:50 p.m. Present <br />were committee members Mahoney and Schumann; Council President Limpert; Council <br />members Barker, Brossard, Kearney and Orlowski. <br />• Discussed first was liquor permit transfer for Cost Plus, Inc. dba World Market <br />located at 26145 Great Northern Shopping Center. Lt. Cox of the Police Dept. <br />reviewed this application and found no issues with this liquor permit transfer. <br />The committee voted 2-0 to recommend to not object to this transfer. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to no object to liquor permit transfer for Cost Plus, <br />Inc. dba World Market located at 26145 Great Northern Shopping Center. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Liquor permit transfer <br />for World Market approved. <br />• Discussed next was liquor permit transfer for Two Bucks North Olmsted, LLC <br />dba Two Bucks and Patio located at 24108 Lorain Avenue, Unit 13. This is the <br />former Cleveland Ale House. Lt. Cox of the Police Dept. reviewed this <br />application and found no issues with this liquor permit transfer. The committee <br />voted 2-0 to recommend to not object to this transfer. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to not object to the liquor permit transfer for Two <br />Bucks and Patio. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br />unanimously.
