Council Minutes of 09-04-12 <br />p Ordinance 2012-77 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 928 of the Streets, Utilities and Public <br />~~ Services Code entitled "Post Construction Storm Management Regulations" in order to <br />implement new standards for storm water collection and management within the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Resolution 2012-78 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission <br />and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee <br />meeting for Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 6:50 p.m. to discuss Liquor Permits. The <br />Mayor or his designee is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Mahoney scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 11, <br />2012 at 6:55 p.m. to discuss Exit 2 Storage. The Planning/Development Director is asked <br />to attend. <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee <br />meeting for Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Springvale Golf Course <br />and the Recreation Center updates. Marty Young and Betsy Drenski are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Schumann scheduled <br />September 11, 2012 at 7:20 p.m. <br />asked to attend. <br />an Environmental Control meeting for Tuesday, <br />to discuss 2012-74.
