Council Minutes of 09-04-12 <br />,~.,. • Discussed next was CMS12-16 and CMS12-18 St. Richard's Church Pazking Lot. <br />The proposal consists of changes to the approved plan for St. Richazd's Church <br />property. These changes as they pertain to the parking lot include reduction and <br />reorientation of the lot along with adding a curb cut onto Country Club Blvd. The <br />Planning and Design Commission had several recommendations as to both <br />CMS12-16 and CMS12-18 of which he recall St. Richard's having really no <br />significant opposition to making sure that those changes get done. Mr. Nugent, a <br />representative from the Catholic Diocese was present at this meeting. He <br />indicated that the Catholic Diocese is urging the city to approve the proposal with <br />the idea that they want to get their construction and pazking lot done as quickly as <br />possible. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of both CMS 12-16 <br />and CMS12-18 St. Richard's Church pazking lot improvements. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to recommend approval of CMS12-16 and <br />CMS12-18 St. Richazd's Church pazking lot improvements with the additions and <br />suggested changes by the Planning and Design Commission. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. CMS12-16 and CMS12-18 St. <br />Richazd's Church parking lot improvements approved. <br />• Councilman Mahoney reported out on CMS 12-04 Boss Warehouse (this was <br />discussed at the BZD meeting of August 14, 2012). This consists of the addition <br />of a small office warehouse and site improvements related to asingle-family <br />home on the property that aze being constructed. At the Planning and Design <br />Commission level, three conditions were set forth that the applicant was willing to <br />accept. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of CMS 12-04 Boss <br />Warehouse. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to recommend approval of CMS 12-04 Boss <br />Warehouse noting that all recommendations set forth by the Planning and Design <br />Commission be met. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br />unanimously. CMS 12-04 Boss Warehouse approved. <br />Councilman Mahoney, Vice-Chairman of the Public Safety, Health & Welfare <br />Committee: <br />Councilman Brossard, Chairman of the Streets & Transportation Committee: <br />The Streets & Transportation Committee met Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 7:01 p.m. <br />Present were committee members Brossard, Orlowski, and Williamson; Council <br />President Limpert; Council members Bazker, Kearney, Mahoney and Schumann; Law <br />Director Gareau and Planning/Development Director Wenger. <br />• Discussed was Resolution 2012-71 which is a Resolution authorizing the Mayor, <br />on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into an agreement with St. <br />Brendan Parish granting the latter permission to place banners on poles located in <br />the city right-of--way, and declazing an emergency.
