Council Minutes of 08-07-12 seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-65 adopted. Ordinance 2012-66 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending Section 135.05 of Chapter 135 of the Administrative Code entitled "Department of Finance" in order to further authorize petty cash expenditures within the Division of Springvale Golf Course, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2012-67 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 155 of the Administrative Code entitled "Parks and Recreation Commission" in order to amend the duties and meeting requirements of the Parks and Recreation Commission. Ordinance 2012-68 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2012, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2012-69 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to make supplemental design loan application for a supplemental water pollution control loan fund agreement on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for planning, design, and/or construction of waste water facilities; and further authorizing the Mayor to enter into the supplemental agreement if the application is accepted, and declaring an emergency.
