Council Minutes of 06-19-12 <br />~~ Resolution 2012-60 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award <br />of a contract to construct improvements to the Waste Water Treatment Plant, as detailed <br />in the specifications on file in the Service Department, and authorizing the Mayor, <br />following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and <br />best bidder, and declaring an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Monday, June 25, 2012 <br />at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Resolutions 2012-58, 2012-59 & 2012-60: The Mayor, Law <br />Director, Finance Director, Safety/Service Director and Human Resources Director are <br />asked to attend. <br />Councilman Mahoney scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for Monday, June 25, 2012 <br />at 6:00 p.m. to discuss Domino's Pizza, Pizza Bogo and Dover Cafe. The <br />Planning/Development Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee <br />meeting for Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2012-57. The <br />Mayor and/or Recreation Commissioner are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Barker made a motion to adjourn into executive session to discuss labor <br />negotiations. The motion was seconded by Councilman Mahoney and passed <br />unanimously. Adjourn into executive session. <br />Meeting reconvened at 9:15 p.m. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Limpert adjourned the Council meeting at 9:15 p.m. <br />Marie Gallo, Clerk of Council <br />8 <br />K.
