Council Minutes of 06-OS-12 Ordinance 2012-49 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control File to provide for the placement of a "Yield Here to Pedestrians" sign located near the intersection of Country Club Boulevard and Victoria Lane in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2012-50 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging to provide for the 2012 Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program for the North Olmsted Senior Center and declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-51 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase of bulk treated rock salt for ice and snow removal operations as detailed in specifications on file and further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder, after Board of Control approval. Resolution 2012-52 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Roetzel Construction, Inc. as an emergency exception to public bidding to provide construction services to the city for window replacement, all as detailed in the North Olmsted Facilities Energy Conservation Project specifications, and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance dispensing with a formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc., parent company of Munis, Inc., to provide computer systems, software and related services to the City of North Olmsted in order to update the financial and management information system, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Council President Limpert scheduled a Committee of the Whole for Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2012-47 & 2012-48 and general discussion regarding Mayors Court. Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety Committee meeting for Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 6:45 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2012-49. The Mayor or his designee is asked to attend. 6
