Council Minutes of OS-15-12 entitled "Property Numbers" and declaring an emergency. 2012-37 is an ;, Ordinance abolishing Chapter 1331 of the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Dangerous or Unsafe Buildings" and declaring an emergency. 2012-38 is an Ordinance abolishing Chapter 949 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Trees and Weeds" and declaring an emergency. 2012-39 is an Ordinance amending and re- establishing Chapter 1363 of the Building Code entitled "Property Maintenance" in order to implement new minimum standards and procedures for property maintenance enforcement within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency, as amended. The committee voted 2-0 to recommend approval of Ordinances 2012-36 through 2012-39 with amendments to 2012-39. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to amend Ordinance 2012-39. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2012-39 amended. Councilwoman Williamson, Chairwoman of the Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee: The Public Safety Committee met Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 7:04 p.m. Present were committee members Williamson and Mahoney; Council President Limpert; Council members Orlowski and Kearney; Planning/Development Director Wenger and guests. • Discussed was Liquor Permit No. 0351686 for B & H Resources, LLC dba Easy Flo Gas located at 28925 Lorain Road. After review from Lt. Cox of the NOPD and seeing no issues with this applicant, the committee voted 2-0 to not object to this liquor permit. Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to not object to the issuance of Liquor Permit No. 0351686 for Easy Flo Gas located at 28925 Lorain Road. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Liquor permit approved. Councilman Schumann, Chairman of the Environmental Control Committee: The Environmental Control Committee met Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 7:24 p.m. Present were committee members Schumann, Barker and Brossard; Council President Limpert; Council members Kearney, Mahoney, Orlowski and Williamson; Safety/Service Director and WWTP Superintendent. • Discussed first was Ordinance 2012-41 which is an Ordinance abolishing Chapter 169 of the Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Litter Control and Recycling Advisory Council." The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of Ordinance 2012-41. • Discussed next was Ordinance 2012-42 which is an Ordinance amending Section 917.99 entitled "Penalty" of Chapter 917 entitled "Industrial Pretreatment" of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code in order to eliminate affirmative ~..,_ ~_ -
