Council Minutes of OS-15-12 <br />defenses to treatment violations. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend <br />approval of Ordinance 2012-42. <br />Councilman Schumann announced the grand opening of the Farmer's Market for the <br />upcoming weekend at Frostville. Also, Sunday is the military timeline at Frostville. <br />AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br />No public comments. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance 2012-36 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance abolishing Chapter 1351 of the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted <br />entitled "Property Numbers" and declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a <br />motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 2012-36 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2012-37 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance abolishing Chapter 1331 of the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted <br />entitled "Dangerous or Unsafe Buildings" and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance 2012-37 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2021-38 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance abolishing Chapter 949 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of <br />the City of North Olmsted entitled "Trees and Weeds" and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Councilman <br />Mahoney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance 2012-38 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2012-39 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 1363 of the Building Code entitled <br />"Property Maintenance" in order to implement new minimum standards and procedures <br />for property maintenance enforcement within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring <br />an emergency, as amended. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rule <br />requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br />unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption.
