,, MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />,~ <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />APRIL 3, 2012 <br />Present: President of Council Limpert; Council Members Barker, Brossard, <br />Kearney, Mahoney, Orlowski, Schumann, Williamson <br />Also Present: Mayor Kennedy, Director of Law Gareau, Director of Finance Copfer, <br />Clerk of Council Gallo, Director of Planning and Development Wenger, <br />and Director of Human Resources Farver <br />Absent: Director of Safety and Service Thomas <br />President Limpert called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 <br />Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Members of the audience were invited to join Council in the recitation of the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />Councilman Schumann made a motion to remove the approval of the February 21, 2012 <br />Council meeting from the agenda. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney <br />and passed unanimously. Approval of the February 21, 2012 Council meeting minutes <br />approved. <br />The special Council meeting minutes of March 27, 2012 and March 29, 2012 were <br />approved as written. <br />The following legislation will be considered for suspension of the rules this evening: <br />Second Reading -Resolution 2012-30; First Reading -Ordinances 2012-33 and 2012- <br />34. <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Kennedy: <br />• Work is proceeding on schedule with the first phase of the Country Club Blvd. <br />Streetscape Project. Concrete work this week will cause some shifts in traffic <br />patterns and possibly ashort-term street closure at Victoria or Country Club. The <br />grant application for Phase II of the project was submitted this week. <br />• The final Fish Fry will be held this Friday at Springvale. This is the third straight <br />year that the city has offered the Fish Fry, and it appears the effort has paid off. <br />In 2010 and 2011 sales totaled approximately $10,000 each year. This year, the <br />city has already reached sales near $16,000. <br />.ti:~. <br /> <br />
