Council Minutes of 04-03-2012 Ordinance 2012-36 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance abolishing Chapter 1351 of the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Property Numbers" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2012-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance abolishing Chapter 1331 of the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Dangerous or Unsafe Buildings" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2021-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance abolishing Chapter 949 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Trees and Weeds" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2012-39 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 1363 of the Building Code entitled "Property Maintenance" in order to implement new minimum standards and procedures for property maintenance enforcement within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 17, 2012 '''~~ at 7:00 p.m. to discuss 2012-35. The Planning/Development Director and Law Director are asked to attend. Councilman Mahoney scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss 2012-36 through 2012-39. The Planning/Development Director and Law Director are asked to attend. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to adjourn into executive session to discuss labor negotiations. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously.
