Council Minutes of 04-03-2012 <br />Ordinance 2012-36 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance abolishing Chapter 1351 of the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted <br />entitled "Property Numbers" and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2012-37 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance abolishing Chapter 1331 of the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted <br />entitled "Dangerous or Unsafe Buildings" and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2021-38 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance abolishing Chapter 949 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of <br />the City of North Olmsted entitled "Trees and Weeds" and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2012-39 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 1363 of the Building Code entitled <br />"Property Maintenance" in order to implement new minimum standards and procedures <br />for property maintenance enforcement within the City of North Olmsted, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 17, 2012 <br />'''~~ at 7:00 p.m. to discuss 2012-35. The Planning/Development Director and Law Director <br />are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Mahoney scheduled a BZD Committee meeting for Tuesday, April 24, 2012 <br />at 7:00 p.m. to discuss 2012-36 through 2012-39. The Planning/Development Director <br />and Law Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Mahoney made a motion to adjourn into executive session to discuss labor <br />negotiations. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />Adjourn into executive session at 8:41 p.m. <br />Meeting reconvened at 9:07 p.m. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Limpert adjourned the Council meeting at 9:07 p.m. <br />Marie Gallo, Clerk of Council uane K.
