Council Minutes of 03-20-2012 ~, Resolution 2012-31 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement for real property located at 3827 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, to be used for the public purpose of improvements to city sewer systems; further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a residential lease agreement for said property to permit continued occupancy pending demolition and commencement of sewer project. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss 2012-25. The Law Director is asked to attend. Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss 2012-20 and 2012-30. The PlanninglDevelopment Director, Finance Director and a representative from MB3 Consulting are asked to attend. Councilman Schumann scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 6:45 p.m. to discuss 2012-31. The Mayor and Law Director are asked to attend. ,,~ Councilman Mahoney made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman Brossard. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Councilman Brossard excused.
