Council Minutes of 02-07-2012 Ordinance 2012-18 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $279,500 of Notes, in anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring a sewer cleaner truck and chassis and all necessary appurtenances and related equipment. Councilman Barker stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance 2012-19 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $137,000 of Notes, in anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City Hall Complex by preparing the surface of and surfacing and resurfacing parking areas and sidewalks, constructing and reconstructing curbs and providing landscaping, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Councilman Barker stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss 2012-9. The Mayor or his designee are asked to attend. ~b Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, Feburary 14, ,;~ 2012 at 7:05 p.m, to discuss 2012-10 through 2012-19. The Mayor and Finance Director are asked to attend. Councilman Mahoney scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development Committee meeting for Tuesday, February 21 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Burlington Coat Factory. The Planning/Development Director is asked to attend.
