<br />,~,,,,, Ordinance 2012-12 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $274,700 of Notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of improving the golf course at the
<br />City's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom facility by renovating, reshaping and
<br />otherwise improving bunkers, providing drainage improvements for bunkers and greens
<br />and otherwise improving the course, in each case together with the necessary
<br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency. Councilman
<br />Barker stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate.
<br />Ordinance 2012-13 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $180,000 of Notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of improving the City's Recreation
<br />Center by acquiring and installing new heating, ventilation and air conditioning
<br />equipment and providing related piping, ductwork and wiring improvements, together
<br />with all necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and declaring an
<br />emergency. Councilman Barker stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's
<br />Certificate.
<br />Ordinance 2012-14 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $146,600 of Notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring an aerator, mowers, a
<br />sprayer and other equipment for use at the City's Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom
<br />Facility, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker stated that he is in receipt of
<br />the Fiscal Officer's Certificate.

<br />Ordinance 2012-15 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $507,000 of Notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of improving Aspen Drive, Bailey Road,
<br />Berkshire Drive, Clareshire Drive, Deepwoods Way, Fleharty Road, Holly Drive,
<br />Sawmill Circle, Spruce Drive, West Park Drive and Woodside Drive between certain
<br />termini by reconstructing curbs and curb ramps and adjusting catch basins, manholes and
<br />water valve and monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface and
<br />resurfacing, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto.

<br />Ordinance 2012-16 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $452,000 of Notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring fire apparatus and related
<br />equipment for the City's Fire Department. Councilman Barker stated that he is in receipt
<br />of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate.
<br />Ordinance 2012-17 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An
<br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $404,500 of Notes, in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of Bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and installing computer
<br />hardware and software, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental
<br />thereto. Councilman Barker stated that he is in receipt of the Fiscal Officer's Certificate.
