A <br />Resolution declaring conditions within the Senior Center to be a real and present <br />emergency necessitating action without public bidding as required by North Olmsted <br />Charter Article VIII, Section 6 and further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract <br />with Dover Home Remodelers, Inc., to remove and replace ceiling tiles and otherwise <br />repair water damage caused by roof leaks, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br />Barker made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee <br />review as this was discussed in this evening's Caucus.
