Council Minutes of 08-06-2013 further authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2013-66 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Orlowski. An Ordinance amending Section 1901.11 of the Fair Housing Code in order to increase the term of office for Council members to four (4) years. Ordinance 2013-67 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Orlowski. An Ordinance amending Section 171.05 of the Community Reinvestment Code in order to increase the term of office for Council members to four (4) years. Ordinance 2013-68 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Orlowski. An Ordinance amending Section 172.01 of the Tax Incentive Review Code in order to increase the term of office for Council members to four (4) years. Ordinance 2013-69 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Orlowski. An Ordinance amending Section 1501.2501 of the Taxation Code in order to increase the term of office for Council members to four (4) years. Ordinance 2013-70 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees", for the purpose of updating fee schedules, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2013-71 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Orlowski. An Ordinance amending Section 107.14 of the Ethics Code in order to eliminate the Ethics Commission and to refer all complaints to the Ohio Ethics Commission. Ordinance 2013-72 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending Chapter 521 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled, "General Offenses Code; Health, Safety and Sanitation" for the purpose of establishing a new Section 521.16 entitled "Constructing, Cleaning and Repairing Sidewalks" in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution 2013-73 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to renew the contract between the City and Karrie Skall Tipton for the provision of professional gymnastics instruction services at the North Olmsted Recreation Center for an additional term of five (5) years, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2013-74 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended contract with URS Corporation - a firm selected through the Request for Qualification process -for the purpose of increasing the scope of design engineering services; further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended contract with URS Corporation, and declaring an emergency. 4 ,~ ...
