Council Minutes of 02-OS-2013 seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Councilwoman =~ Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Resolution 2013-16 adopted. Ordinance 2013-17 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Brossard. An Ordinance establishing Section 505.19 "Domestic Farm Animals Prohibited" of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Code entitled "Animals and Fowl," in order to prohibit domestic farm animals on parcels of land in the city less than one (1) acre, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2013-18 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones on behalf of herself and Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to implement adesign/build selection process for the award of a contract to design and install a communication tower at the municipal complex to provide for public safety and service radio antennas, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the successful applicant. Ordinance 2013-19 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones on behalf of herself and Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance dispensing with a formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with John Patrick Picard Architect, Inc., to provide architectural services for the renovation of the North Olmsted Police Station, and declaring an emergency. -- Ordinance 2013-20 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones on behalf of herself and Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending Section 957.01 of Chapter 957 (Alcoholic Beverages on Public Grounds) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted in order to permit beer to be sold and consumed at the Gaelic Games to be held at Barton Bradley Park over Labor Day weekend in 2013 as a one-time event. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2013-12 and 2013-13. The Finance Director is asked to attend. Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee meeting for Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2013-20. The Mayor or his designee is asked to attend. Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee meeting for Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2013-17, 2013-18 and 2013-19 and a liquor permit.
