Councilman Brossard made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Councilman Brossard moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2013-11 adopted. Ordinance 2013-12 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Barker on behalf of himself and Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the city of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2013, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2013-13 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman Barker on behalf of himself and the entire city Council. An Ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the elected officials of the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2017 and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2013-14 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilwoman Williamson. A Resolution approving of and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a collective bargaining agreement with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal employees ("AFSCME"), Ohio Council 8, Local 2681 for the city's Service .,~. Unit employees, for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015 and declaring an emergency.
