Mrs. <br />Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-116 adopted. <br />Ordinance Na. 93-134 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance approving a new suer service agreement between the City of North <br />OLnsted and the County of Cuyahoga under which a portion of Opted: Tcn~nship is <br />served by the city's sanitary sewer system, superseding the existing agreement, <br />authorizing the execution of the new agreement, and declaring an e®ergency. Mr. <br />McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Liaxi; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-134 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-135 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance ame nding the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of a "No Right Turn on Red" sign at Lorain anti <br />Steams Rosds regulating traffic travelling in ~ easterly direction, to read "No <br />Right Turn oci Red from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m." aryd declaring a~ emergency. Mr. <br />Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 93-135 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 93-137 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Ordinance Na. 90-58 which authorized an agreement with Western <br />Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company for the purpose of preparing plans and <br />specifications for the repair of various streets within the City of North <br />Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-138 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids far <br />construction of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, garbing and pavamEnt repairs at <br />various locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 93-139 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Greater Cleveland Schools' Crnmcil to advertise for <br />bids for motor vehicle fuel arxi authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanie~tnasly. Mr. Lind moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. <br />93-139 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 93-142 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A <br />resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Carmission <br />and authorizing the necessary tax levies ar~d certifying them to the County <br />Auditor. In the absence of Finance Director Burns, Mayor Boyle and Mr. Lind <br />discussed the raced to pass the legislation ors suspension. It was decided because <br />of time constraints in getting the legislation to the County Auditor, it would be <br />necessary to pass the resolution under suspension. Mr. Lind moved for suspension <br />of the rules requiring three readings;. secoryd by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed <br />unanimously.
